The dirty work around the house is pretty minimal since I maintain everything pretty clean as I go and It just seems like there would be more house work if I had a roommate. However, the impromptu air banding alone might be worth it…

I would totally be your roommate. if only if only. But ya. I mean at least you can pick your roommate. when i dormed in SFSU I didnt like mine.
That would be pretty awesome! I would trust you as a roommate. But I don’t really know anyone here so it’s not going to be as easy as asking you.

I have a spare room and I was thinking about looking for a roommate but I’ve never had a roommate before so I don’t really know what to expect. Besides cutting my rent in half and the off chance that we’d get along, I’m not sure of the plus sides to having a roommate.
